Shipping Policy
Overview
We ship anywhere in the USA, Canada, and Australia.
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will recieve another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the country. In the table below you may see our estimated delivery times.
1. Select Product
Select a desired product. Provide personalization information, including photographs if needed.
2. Approve Design
Once we receive your order and you've chosen to review the mock-up before printing, we’ll email you a design preview for your approval. If you’d prefer to skip this step, simply select the option: “I trust the designer – send directly to production.”
3. Order Produced
Your order will be sent to production. It usually takes 2-3 business day to have your order produced.
4. Order Shipped
Once produced, your order will be shipped to the designated address.

FAQs
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will inlcude a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available. Please note that tracking information to Australia may be limited.
If you haven't received your order within the indicated above delivery times, please contact us vita the contact form (please include your order number), and we will look into it for you.
