As a small business run by two best friends Anastasia and Rezida, our journey began with a shared desire to create meaningful moments for the people we love. We often found ourselves searching for gifts that would truly express how much someone meant to us—not just something beautiful, but something that could make them feel seen, loved, and embraced. That’s when the idea struck: what if we could create a store that turned everyday gifts into heartfelt hugs?
From that dream, Hug Factory came to life. Every item we design is crafted with the intention of offering comfort, joy, and a deep sense of connection—like a warm hug delivered straight to someone’s doorstep.

Noticed a mistake? Contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to make changes before your order goes to production.
Received an item with an issue? If it’s our fault, we’ll replace or refund it at no extra cost. If the error was on your end (hey, it happens!), we offer reprints at a reduced rate. Just get in touch within 15 days of delivery and share a photo if needed.
